To place an order, please fill in the Order Form available on the blog, call us at 0126460023 or  0176077880 OR email us at theblisscupcakes@gmail.com

Minimum order for Cupcakes : Bliss are 9 pcs or 12pcs
Min Order for Cakes : 1kg 

Upon confirmation, Full payment is required to secure your order and block the date. Payment can be made online via Maybank2U Pay. This is our preferred payment mode. Kindly take Note: No proof of payment/receipt is required for payment via Maybank2U Pay. Simply click on the Maybank2U Pay icon on the sidebar, you will be directed to Maybank2U website to complete the transaction.

* To complete the process order, Full Payment is needed 5 working days before pick up / delivery of cakes or cupcakes. Failure to do so simply means the order was incomplete and cake/ cupcakes will not be baked.

* I know how much you'd love to have these cakes or cupcakes. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please do order 1 or 2 weeks in advance. It would help if you could order way before the special date!


* If we are not fully booked out, orders as early as 5 days will be accepted as well. Do give us a call to check on the dates.


* However, for orders within 24 hrs, a RM50 surcharge is applicable provided that we are not fully booked for the requested date. Pick up for 24hrs orders will be after 6pm the next day.

* In the event payment is not received or partially received/ not paid in full 24 hours before date of collection, order is considered cancelled. Hence, there will not be any refund or compensation. 

*We accept all orders via our Order Form, email or phone call.


* Delivery within the Klang Valley area will charged accordingly.
** Delivery Charges : Starts from RM30 for Klang Valley
Cakes above 2 tiers : RM60 - KL & PJ
                                   RM80 - Elsewhere
